No-load Running Test
The heavy-duty electric cylinder runs reciprocally at different speeds over its full stroke to check smoothness, abnormal noise, and excessive vibration.
Load Performance Test
By applying rated load or even overload to simulate actual working conditions, we test the output accuracy of thrust / tension, positioning accuracy, and repeat positioning accuracy.
Durability Test
The heavy-duty electric cylinder operates continuously for a long time under typical load conditions. We monitor the temperature rise of the motor and screw, and evaluate performance degradation after long-term operation.
Safety Function Test
We verify whether the limit switches, overload / overheat alarm, brake holding capacity and other safety functions are sensitive and effective.
We are also equipped with high-low temperature laboratories and silent laboratories to carry out special tests for harsh environments, ensuring that heavy-duty electric cylinders work normally under extreme working conditions.
2. Factory Inspection: Each Heavy-Duty Electric Cylinder Has Its Own "ID Card"
After passing all tests, the heavy-duty electric cylinder receives final cleaning and anti-rust treatment.
It is then attached with a unique factory inspection report, certificate of conformity, and operation manual, followed by shockproof and moisture-proof packaging.
The inspection report records all performance parameters in detail, serving as a quality guarantee for the electric cylinder.
