Energy-Saving Automatic Trapping Equipment


In pelagic fisheries, traditional deep-sea fishing equipment has problems such as high energy consumption, heavy pollution, single function, and difficulty in adapting to high-pressure deep-sea environments. In the solar device part of the equipment, heavy-load servo electric cylinders are used to control the opening and closing of the arc-shaped cover plate and adjust the angle of the solar panel.


When the equipment floats on the sea surface, the heavy-load servo electric cylinders drive the electric lifting rods and electric hydraulic cylinders to open the arc-shaped cover plate to a nearly vertical state. Then, the electric push rods adjust the angle of the mounting frame and solar panel to face the sun, ensuring they collect solar energy in the optimal state and convert it into electrical energy stored in the battery.


In this process, the precise control of the heavy-load servo electric cylinders ensures the efficient operation of the solar device, achieving energy conservation and environmental protection while avoiding scaring away fish schools due to excessive noise.


In terms of fishing components, heavy-load servo electric cylinders participate in controlling the screening structure inside the fishing chamber. When fish schools are attracted by sound waves into the equipment, larger fish species enter the collection chamber through specific channels, while smaller ones pass through the through-holes on the surface of the sieve plate to the other side and are released back into the sea.


Heavy-load servo electric cylinders can accurately control the movement of the sieve plate and the opening/closing of channels, realizing automatic classification of caught fish, which improves the functionality of the equipment and resource utilization efficiency.

Cage Cleaning Robots


Cage cleaning robots adopt an all-electric structure, among which heavy-load servo electric cylinders play a key role in their cleaning operations. The robot removes various types of dirt on the cages, such as mussels, kelp, and mollusks, through vibration, scrubbing, and suction.
